A beautiful example of a Third Reich Polizei ( Police ) bayonet and black leather sheath with matching numbers. The blade is in good clean condition maker marked 'Alexander Coppel' Solingen. The crosspiece bears oakleaf decoration and the unit and manufacturers numbers 'S.H.1065' which is also stamped on the plated mount on the sheath. Police insignia is applied to the riveted staghorn grips. A nice honest piece.

A beautiful condition K98 Bayonet with its original frog, a nice veteran pick up with near matching numbers - only 2 digits out. The blade has all its original blueing and is nicely maker marked. The leather frog is also nicely stamped 1942' you would have a job to beat this !
